These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Arizona Motor Vehicle Express, LLC (“Arizona Motor Vehicle Express,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We are not the MVD

Arizona Motor Vehicle Express is a privately owned business authorized by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) to process certain Motor Vehicle Division transactions. We are not a government agency. ADOT sets the requirements for every transaction and makes the final decision on titles, registrations, licenses, permits and credentials. We cannot guarantee that ADOT will approve any application or issue any document by a particular date.

Fees

State fees are set by the State of Arizona and are the same wherever you pay them. We charge a convenience fee on top of the state fee for transactions processed at our office. Ask us for the total for your transaction before it is processed. Fees are payable at the time of service.

The guides, FAQs and service descriptions on this site are general information about Arizona motor vehicle requirements, written to help you prepare for a visit. They are not legal advice. Requirements change, and ADOT’s published rules are the authority. Where we cite a source we link to it, and we encourage you to confirm the details for your situation with us or with ADOT before relying on them.

Forms and links

The downloadable forms on this site are ADOT forms, provided for your convenience. Always use the current version; if a form has been revised, the office will ask for the new one. Links to other websites, including ADOT and ServiceArizona, are provided for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Appointments and requests

Submitting a road test, inspection or contact request through the site does not confirm an appointment. We will contact you to confirm. Most services are available without an appointment during business hours; road tests and off-site inspections are scheduled in advance.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, submit false information through its forms, or use it to send spam.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logo and images on this site belong to Arizona Motor Vehicle Express, LLC or its licensors, except ADOT forms and materials, which belong to the State of Arizona. You may view and print pages for your own personal use.
