Friendly, and helped quickly. It still took time to enter the data into the Arizona system, but this was the most stress free experience I've had across 7 states. I know they charge convenience fees on top of the normal MVD fees, but in my opinion this is TOTALLY worth it. We will visit again, and thanks Jeff!!!”

The service was super friendly and although I didn't have the correct documents the first time, the woman who helped me was very kind and when I came back with the correct documentation, the process was very easy. The lobby was full and somehow they still managed to get me in and out. I would rather come here than go to the DMV any day of the week! The convenience fees are also very reasonable. “I've been here before and had a great experience, so of course, I returned when the need arose. Today's experience wasn't so good. While the woman who helped me wasn't friendly, she did work quickly; so quickly that she claimed that my notarized document contained an error. This meant paying extra for the notary, which I understood and accepted since I assumed responsibility for the error. Upon arriving home, I compared the two documents: zero discrepancies. So she either lied or was negligent to charge more. Very disappointing that her haste and curt approach ended up costing the consumer more. Fast and efficient is great; hasty and inaccurate is unacceptable.”
