Arizona Motor Vehicle Express, LLC (“Arizona Motor Vehicle Express,” “we,” “us”) operates this website and an Authorized Third Party MVD office at 6741 N Thornydale Rd Ste 151, Tucson, AZ 85741. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the website only. Information you give us at the counter for an MVD transaction is handled as described in the section on MVD records below.
Information you give us
When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you enter:
- Contact form and inspection requests: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are asking about, and your message.
- Road test requests: your full legal name, date of birth, driver license or permit number, phone number, email address and preferred days.
- Job applications: your name, email address, phone number and the résumé file you upload.
- Chat and text messages: if you use the chat window on the site, the name, phone number and messages you send.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers or copies of identity documents through the website. Bring those to the office, where they are handled as part of the transaction.
Information collected automatically

MVD records
As an Authorized Third Party provider for the Arizona Department of Transportation, we handle driver and vehicle records in the course of MVD transactions. Personal information from those records is protected by the federal Driver’s Privacy Protection Act and ADOT’s requirements, and we use it only to complete the transaction you ask us to carry out.
How long we keep information
We keep form submissions and job applications only as long as we need them for the purpose they were sent, or as long as the law requires.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to submissions to the staff who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Parents or guardians requesting road tests for teen drivers should submit the request themselves.
